HRBot.live is an AI-powered interview platform that allows organizations to pre-screen candidates using voice AI technology. The Service provides features such as automated job descriptions, interview question generation, voice interviews, and candidate analysis.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

5. Payment and Credits

The Service operates on a token-based system. You may purchase tokens to use various features of the Service. Tokens are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing and token usage rates at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRBot.live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HRBot.live operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
